“This is Guido,
I am the owner of Flavors of Italy here in Coral Springs Florida. The address is 3111 N. University Drive. Adilson here did 4 jobs for me. Great and wonderful. He did the bar. He did my terrace where people now can dance. The front of the house and the bathrooms. If you want to come and see his work, you’re welcome. And I would highly recommend him. His work is impeccable. He’s on time. He’s one of the best guys in the business that I recommend. ”

“Mr. Andrade went beyond the call of duty helping my wife and I choose the right kind of tiles and wood flooring, going to several stores until we had the correct amount of the right color for the existing surface, he removed carpets, broke old tiles, dragged kitchen machines to retile under them and much more.”

Here is a checklist and a DIY site on installing CT

Good luck. I’ve done three different floors in our older house, and all three had me cussing during installation (unlevel floors, walls not square, oddball plumbing to work around, etc). But when we finished, it was well worth it. And we saved a bunch of money on install. Just don’t take any shortcuts. Try to follow the recommendations (use backer board, where to start the first tile, etc), or you WILL regret it.

my dog chewed up a section of the carpet in my house yesterday…I’ll pay u to fix that
Should I clean the linoleum with anything special? Do I use that liquid primer stuff?
Make sure the floor is perfectly clean and has no floor wax on it. Make sure it is level also. if it appears slick in any way you can either sand it down a bit to make it rough and be able to hold the thin-set better or you can buy a degreaser/primer.
i have a tile job of 1100 sq ft home the house 700 sq ft is pre tiled so i need to take them off and the rest is carpet which i also need to rip off !!! how much should i be charging for the demo part and the re tiling the whole house again !? please if you dont know dont answer , thank you up front to all !
the tile and the carpet is not glued, carpet is framed is sort and the tile is stuck regulerly not glued !! dont have a electric scraper , and not scared of heavy work !! been in construction for 10 years just trying to do it on my own now !
I usually charge $1.00 a sq. yd. for the carpet
I usually charge $1.00 a sq. ft. for the tile
You might be able to play with those figures since it is a big job & also depending on if you’re responsible for the disposal.
With your added info I think my fees would be good. Try to figure out how many hrs it’s gonna take & how much you want to make for your time. Get a couple of teens & give them $10.00 an hr to help.
